“A big shout-out to Neil Velasquez of Fairfield County Exteriors. A section of our flat roof blew off due to wind gusts. Neil came out immediately (a Saturday, no less), assessed the situation, and had his crew at our home first thing Monday to tarp and secure the roof in preparation for a huge snowstorm that evening. They don’t install flat roof systems but Neil still took the time and care to protect our home knowing that we’d have to use another company to install a new flat roof. This company epitomizes great service and I won’t hesitate to work with them on future projects.”
