Home Improvement Contractors
At FCE we understand that choosing the right products and style for your home’s new exterior can be a daunting task. With so many options to choose from, we have put together a simple, fun, and educational system to make this process enjoyable and have you feeling confident in your decisions.
From the first step into our showroom/design center you will have access to visual, hands on, and virtual interactive tools to help you understand what products are right for your home and achieve the look and style you are going for.
With tons of samples and literature on hand you will leave our showroom with a tailored set of samples that are specific to your project, so you have tools to reference when talking amongst yourselves or with friends/family ultimately making your final decisions on color, style, and performance a breeze.
Our History and Approach
Fairfield County Exteriors was founded in 1996 by Neil Velasquez who has remained the current owner and operator of the company. We have been installing beautiful and energy-efficient home improvement projects in Fairfield & New Haven counties for over 20 years. We are a family run business and have thousands of happy customer referrals. Prior to starting Fairfield County Exteriors, Neil worked in all aspects of residential remodeling and new home construction for over 30 years.
You will deal with Neil every step of the way—from the initial visit to measure, right through completion.
The most important aspect of any exterior renovation is the trim package. It can make or break a job. We will custom design your exterior project and physically show you the different options available. At Fairfield County Exteriors our ideas and estimates are always free!
We understand that a company is only as good as the people it employs. We have a full-time office staff to ensure that all of our customer’s needs are met in a timely manner. Our installation crews are second to none, perform the highest quality work possible, and take pride in their work every step of the way.
We treat every project like it is our own home. All of our projects are cleaned daily and kept safe at all times. We are locally owned and operated, so you can rest assured that all of our installation crews are local guys, no out of state storm chasers here! One of our siding crews has been with us from day 1, our roofing crew has been with us for nearly 20 years, we have been using the same gutter crew for more than 20 years, and our professional window installation crew has been with us for over 15 years. You just don’t get that kind of consistency and loyalty by being a fly-by-night operation.
